Now I know what you’re thinking, there’s three members of the Powerpuff Girls and I only listed two people. Well, the third member is my fiancé, but for this post we’re going to be talking about Theresa and Chimen, Buttercup and Bubbles respectively. I had the pleasure of meeting these lovely ladies through my fiancé as they are her childhood best friends.  

First there’s Buttercup… I mean Theresa. There’s something strong about Theresa’s personality. In my opinion, she’s maybe the most intense of the three girls. Theresa also brings an aura of strong wit and dark sense of humor. Through our brief introductions, she’s always been very supportive of Katie and I. She helped check off a notch of my bucket list by creating my first voiceover demo. Theresa is always willing to put some time and effort into helping me out. A very talented individual herself, I see her going far in whatever she pursues.

Chimen, on the other hand, is always lighthearted and sweet similar to her bubbles Powerpuff girl alter ego. A very talented writer, she's been supportive of my writing expeditions and has actually edited portions of my blog. I can’t thank her enough for her creative input and contribution to JG’s Morsels of the Mind. She’s been an integral part of this adventure and I wouldn’t change her out for anyone. Chimen has the ability to make you feel welcomed and loved. That, to me, is one of her greatest powers of all.

Anyone could help with creative pursuits though, that’s one thing. The Powerpuff girls helped me execute my greatest conquest of all: the proposal. After some proper planning and an initial meetup about how it would be structured, the Powerpuff girls were able to help pull off my greatest success, flawlessly I might add. Katie knew a ring was made and that the park was our spot, and was still surprised. That’s an achievement and testament to them selling it to her, great job, girls.

The Powerpuff girls have saved the day for me time and time again. They’re always ready to take on the next “fight” whatever it may be. Girls you may have started out as Katie’s entourage, but I am truly honored to have you two as a part of my life as well. The city of Townsville and the rest of us citizens truly thank you!
